? Do you like people and have great customer service skills?

? Do you demonstrate strong communication and active listening skills?

? Can you handle a high volume of inbound calls from people who are interested in learning more about our program and/or enrolling?

? Can you be enthusiastic and encourage participants to join a unique program with wonderful benefits?

? Are you good at clearly presenting facts and answering questions in a precise and understandable way?

? How are your skills using computer software? Are you comfortable navigating database screens and the Internet?

? Do you like work where you can multi-task and stay organized in a fast paced environment?

? Can you adapt to change and embrace new ideas?

Education, Licenses, Certification

? High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred

In addition, it would be nice if you had the following skills &/or experience?

? Work experience in customer service.

? Previous experience with counseling and behavioral change.

? Values and practices the basic elements of a healthy lifestyle.
