Job Description:
Are you ready to shape the people strategy behind the next
frontier of artificial intelligence? We're looking for a Sr HR
Specialist to partner with this transformative business. Agentic AI
drives innovation at the forefront of artificial intelligence,
enabling customers to transform their businesses through innovative
AI solutions. Agentic AI builds and delivers the foundational AI
services that power the future of cloud computing, helping
organizations harness the potential of AI to solve their most
complex challenges. If you're passionate about supporting a
business that’s shaping the future of AI while making a meaningful
impact for customers worldwide, we want to hear from you. As part
of the Agentic AI People, Experience and Technology (PXT) team, you
will support a fast-scaling organization developing AI agents that
solve complex problems and drive customer value. The People
Experience Team (PXT) supporting AWS's Agentic AI organization is
committed to continually raising the bar as we strive to be Earth's
Best Employer. We're seeking an HR Specialist who will focus on
three main priorities: 1) Lead the business operations function for
the PXT team by executing on rhythm of business priorities and
artifacts, 2) pioneer the future of people operations by embedding
AI and automation into our core mechanisms to amplify team
capacity, efficiency, and organizational impact and 3) Program
manage key talent priorities/projects being implemented across the
Agentic organization. If you thrive on leveraging data analytics
and AI tools to uncover insights that drive people-related
outcomes, designing scalable frameworks that harness automation,
and building self-sustaining mechanisms that reduce manual effort
while increasing strategic impact, we'd like to hear from you! This
role will partner closely with the Agentic AI PXT team to architect
and deploy AI-enabled mechanisms and HR programs across people
topics including People Metrics, Talent Management, Leadership
pipeline and capability building, Organizational effectiveness,
Workforce planning, and Employee Engagement. You'll be instrumental
in transforming how we operate by identifying opportunities to
automate repetitive processes, integrate AI agents into our
workflows, and build intelligent systems that scale our impact
without proportionally scaling headcount. You'll help establish an
operational rhythm that leverages technology to minimize
bureaucracy while maximizing performance and strategic focus. To be
successful, you must understand business priorities, challenges,
and goals—then make strategic tradeoffs on where to deploy both
human expertise and AI capabilities for highest impact. You'll
surface trends and anomalies through advanced analytics, build
predictive models that look around corners, and harness automated
dashboards and alert systems that proactively flag opportunities to
improve performance, retention, and employee experience. You'll
help PXT tell the data-driven story of where we've been, where we
are, and where we need to go—while simultaneously building the
AI-powered infrastructure that gets us there faster and more
efficiently. This is a great opportunity to be an owner in a
fast-paced, growing environment, helping people to successfully
join and thrive in our unique customer-centric culture. Key job

identify opportunities for AI integration and process automation
