Corporate Responsibility for more information.Global Philanthropy leads much of these efforts through three functions: the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, Impact Finance, and Employee Engagement and Volunteerism. The Global Philanthropy (GP) team is currently seeking a Vice President to serve as a member of GP's Executive Office to manage the department's impact measurement and evaluation efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating data collection and analysis across GP's functions, collaborating closely with program leads to guide impact measurement, and developing new processes, tools, and measurement structures to make use of GP's data for ongoing strategy improvement. Responsibilities include:Impact FrameworkBuild, continually improve, and project manage an impact framework that represents key progress indicators across GP products, in collaboration with GP functions and the Office of the CFO (OCFO) and aligned to firm-wide initiativesWork with GP functional leads to refine metrics that track impact across a broad range of interventions, including grantmaking, impact finance, and skills-based volunteerismDrive change management and manage implications of any changes to GP's impact framework and/or reporting processesData Collection and Analysis Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to GP management and program leads plan, develop, and evaluate programs or initiativesProduce and inform compelling data products, such as presentations, summaries, and internal reports to synthesize findings for decision-makingWork with GP colleagues to set reporting expectations for partners, assess ongoing capacity and technology gaps, and inform solutions and refinements to GP interventionsManage GP's taxonomy, in support of department-wide reporting, learning, and knowledge management needsData Use and ReportingDevelop processes and guidance to facilitate regular use by GP program leads, helping them to reflect on data and inform their programs or productsLead design and manage report and dashboard solutions created by OCFO to ensure that team members have the information they need to make decisions Partner with OCFO to create, design, and update grant applications and impact reports to ensure high quality data collection and ongoing data integrityOther Data LeadershipAct as an internal advisor to staff involved with any major programmatic or strategic evaluationOther responsibilities as needed to help bolster and improve our data and evaluation efforts organization-wideQualifications:5-8 years of relevant experience in impact measurement, monitoring, and evaluationExperience in social impact and demonstrated interest in economy mobility issues strongly preferredStrong track record of working with data across different philanthropic tools, including grants, impact finance, and volunteerismDemonstrate the ability to analyze a wide range of quantitative and qualitative data, and communicate outcomes in clear terms to promote understanding, action planning and decision-makingOutstanding attention to detail combined with creativity and initiative, with the ability to thrive in an environment of high expectations and driven by a growth mindsetProven success in a cross-functional position, including strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to ensure collaboration and continuous learningExperience working within a global team preferred, including working with data across different geographic contextsExperience presenting to and communicating with senior managementExperience working with Cybergrants, Salesforce, and other CRM/grants management tools a plusFull time
