Manager Location: Southeast Seattle / On-site Salary Range: $80,000
- $90,000 DOE Our client, a respected organization known for its

excellence, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to
lead their AP team. With a legacy of service, innovation, and

truly matters. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor the
accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of
invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements. Assign tasks,
manage workloads, and conduct coaching and performance reviews.
Oversee daily AP operations, maintain documentation, and ensure
internal controls and regulatory compliance. Serve as a key contact
during audits and support accurate financial reporting. Build and
maintain positive relationships with vendors, address
discrepancies, and oversee accurate vendor setup and maintenance in
line with company policies. Identify opportunities for workflow
optimization and collaborate with leadership to implement system
upgrades, process enhancements, and automation solutions within the
AP function. Prepare AP reports, reconcile the AP sub-ledger to the
general ledger, and assist in month-end close, including accruals
and data validation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field required 5 years of
progressive experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years
in a supervisory or management role Strong knowledge of GAAP,
internal controls, and accounting systems Experience with ERP
systems and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational, analytical,
and interpersonal skills Proven ability to lead a team, prioritize
