Job Title: Property Accountant (Full-Time) Location: Seattle, WA Salary: $60,000-$80,000 Why This Property Accountant Opportunity: Support the financial health of our client's real estate portfolio through accurate reporting and analysis Join a collaborative finance team contributing to a mission-focused and growing organization Gain exposure to property-specific accounting, including lease management and asset reporting Help maintain financial compliance while optimizing operational efficiency Key Responsibilities of the Property Accountant Role: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for assigned properties Perform general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and journal entries Manage lease accounting, including rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, and billing adjustments Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and year-end audits related to property assets Requirements for the Property Accountant Role: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years of experience in property or real estate accounting Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Yardi, MRI, or similar systems preferred) PropertyAccountant PropertyAccountantJobs ZRCFS INJUNE2025
