Job Title: Director of Finance (Full-Time) Location: Seattle, WA
Salary: $135,000-$165,000 Why This Director of Finance Opportunity:
Shape and lead the organization's financial strategy in partnership
with the CFO Drive data-informed decision-making to support growth
and operational excellence Implement modern financial tools and
platforms to optimize performance Play a key leadership role with
visibility across the entire organization Key Responsibilities of

company strategy to promote accountability Lead and mentor a
finance team in modeling, budgeting, and forecasting Implement data
visualization tools to improve reporting and engagement Analyze
financial/operational data to identify opportunities for growth and
efficiency Requirements for the Director of Finance Role:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 8 years
in strategic finance or FP&A, ideally in healthcare or medical
billing Strong communication, financial modeling, and data analysis
skills Proficient in Excel, financial systems, and data
