Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Everett / On-site 4
days per week, remote on Fridays Salary Range: $54,080 - $62,400

this could be the perfect fit. About the Role The Sr. Accounts
Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing full-cycle AP
responsibilities for a high volume of invoices-typically between
300 to 500 per week. From reviewing and entering invoices to
coordinating approvals and executing payment runs, you'll play a
vital role in keeping operations smooth and accurate. Overview of
the Sr. Accounts Payable Role: Handle full-cycle AP processing,
ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Input invoice data from
spreadsheets into the system. Secure proper approvals and
documentation for all invoices. Assist with weekly payment runs,
including checks, ACH, and wires. Follow up with vendors to resolve
discrepancies or inquiries. Maintain compliance with internal
controls, including SOX regulations. Work cross-functionally with
internal teams for issue resolution. Preferred Qualifications for
the Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist Bachelor's degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Prior experience
in full-cycle accounts payable required. Experience handling high
invoice volumes (300-500 per week). Familiarity with ERP systems;
experience with Navision and D365 is a big plus. Proficiency in
Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP functions. Strong
communication, organization, and time-management skills. Knowledge
of SOX controls and financial compliance standards. Why Apply? This
