Job Description: Position Summary We are seeking a
detail-oriented and adaptable professional to support operational
and administrative tasks within a dynamic banking environment. This
position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to
lift up to 20 pounds. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and
the flexibility to manage a broad range of responsibilities in a
fast-paced setting. Essential Job Duties Perform moderate execution
tasks within defined parameters and contribute to process
improvements as needed. Administer procedures, documentation,
analysis, and reporting related to credit cards, retail banking,
small business banking, consumer lending, mortgage banking,
collections, recovery, origination, or auto finance. Ensure
documentation compliance and accuracy for moderately complex
activities. Respond to moderately complex customer inquiries,
complaints, and service requests with limited supervision. Refer
more complex issues to senior-level staff or supervisors. Support
operational workflow and contribute to change initiatives or
process redesign. Responsible for generating regular reports and
data analysis. Perform duties across multiple functional areas
rather than within a single role. Recommend and implement solutions
to routine problems. Operate independently in routine tasks while
working under moderate supervision. Perform other duties as
assigned. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for extended
periods. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Required & Preferred
Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in an operations or
administrative role. High School Diploma or GED required; College
degree preferred. Proven ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented environment. Open-minded, adaptable, and responsive
to change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. Demonstrated
leadership and decision-making skills. Ability to work under
pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical, research, and
problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in 10-Key with high speed
and accuracy. Comfortable using multiple computer systems and
applications. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
Outlook). Intermediate understanding of accounting principles.
Familiarity with banking policies, loan documentation, and
government regulations. Ability to independently manage monetary
transactions and processing functions. Knowledge of payment
delivery channels including OLDS, Lockbox, ACH, and wires. Ability
to perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
Capable of managing high transaction volumes while maintaining
accuracy. Proven ability to meet production targets and
service-level agreements. Skilled at handling and diffusing complex
customer service situations. May assist with onboarding and
training new team members. Ability to work independently with
minimal supervision. Exceptional attention to detail and
