Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Renton/Onsite Salary: $52,000-$58,240 DOE Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for efficiency? About the Role: As an Accounts Payable Specialist , you'll be responsible for full-cycle AP processes and ensuring the timely and accurate handling of financial transactions. Your attention to detail and ability to problem-solve will be key in keeping the company's financial records organized and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice matching, coding, and data entry Manage weekly check runs and vendor payments Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues Organize and scan accounting documents to maintain accurate records Support backlog clean-up and assist with additional accounting projects as needed Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience Previous experience in accounts payable Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities Whether you're actively looking or passively exploring new opportunities, we'd love to connect.
