AT&T’s B2B solutions—wireless, fiber, voice, and cloud—and
strategic guidance to drive business success. You'll anticipate
client needs, demonstrate ROI, and serve as a trusted advisor,
shaping operational growth beyond traditional support. What You’ll
Do: Manage a portfolio of AT&T B2B clients, aligning solutions
to evolving business needs. Conduct strategic reviews and uncover
opportunities for solution optimization. Guide clients in adopting
AT&T's wireless, fiber, voice, and cloud services. Collaborate
with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless support.
Monitor satisfaction, proactively reduce churn, and increase
engagement. Educate clients on new tools, trends, and service
enhancements. Identify opportunities for upselling and account
expansion. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and success plans.
Deliver impactful presentations that showcase ROI and business
impact. Collect and share client feedback to support
innovation.
