Job Description:
SumBridge is looking to hire an accounting professional for a
Accounts Payable Specialist role with a client in Tacoma. This is a
long-term consulting role with possibility for extension and
conversion. This Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible
for assisting the accounts payable function with a variety of
accounting tasks, including full-cycle processing. The role is
hybrid and offers 2 days WFH and 3 days in office in Tacoma. This
role works with a high-performing and friendly team and works in a
collaborative environment. Responsibilities High volume data entry
of invoicing in 3-way match ERP Resolving AP discrepancies and
exceptions Clear communication with all teams Problem solving
pricing issues Preparing internal expense reports, including coding
and processing Requirements 2-3 years experience working in an
Accounts Payable function Experience processing purchase orders and
inventory EDI experience is a plus Experience working in a
corporate accounts payable environment is a plus
