Required Qualifications Applicants who possess the following qualifications may be referred to the hiring manager: Ability to type 30 or more words per minute One year experience delivering high quality customer service - oral and written One year experience answering a multi-phone system with at least 75 calls per day Ability to access and maintain multiple databases, email and written communication Access, maintain and create documents Preferred Qualifications Applicants who also possess the following may receive itional consideration by the hiring manager: Effective written and verbal communication skills Strong, organizational skills Experience and/or knowledge interpreting laws, regulations, rules, policies and law codes Self-motivated and adaptable.
