We are looking for self-motivated Marketing Technology Architect to help us design, build and scale marketing operations. The right candidate must have 6+ years of experience in successfully designing, scoping, project managing and implementing a marketing technology stack for a SaaS based company. A successful candidate will have past experience helping transform an on prem business into a SaaS based model.



Responsibilities:

High-Level

*

Oversee, drive, and project manage the build out of a MarTech stack to support our digital transformation initiatives
*

Lead overall implementation and alignment of various system roadmaps with the broader marketing vision and strategy
*

Contribute to scaling go-to-market strategies by enabling technologies and custom workflows
*

Understand what is possible with technology today



Marketing Campaign and Operations Management

*

Collaborate with marketing and sales operations counterparts to build-out a tech stack designed to support a hybrid cloud business
*

Plan and project manage technology implementation
*

Identify and address areas for marketing system simplification and efficiencies
*

Collaborate with key stakeholders (Field systems, sales ops, web, demand generation, inside sales, product marketing) to build, implement and automate the full lifecycle of a customer

Marketing System Authority

*

Drive vision to enable marketing to step up, run marketing like a business, impact company revenue and growth and help the firm compete based on a customer-centric strategy
*

Manage Cloudera s marketing automation implementation and marketing database, including data hygiene, data transformation and data enhancement projects
*

Work closely with Field Systems/Sales Operations to ensure lead-to-close measurement
*

Manage operational execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all digital channels
*

Optimize our lead capture and nurturing processes through website, email, and content
*

Effectively manage a variety of technology, data and service vendors
*

Build infrastructure and assist in the governance of the marketing tech stack in alignment with cross-functional stakeholders
*

Provide internal support and training on all of our marketing platforms
*

Help develop best practices and documentation
*

Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing operations functions
*

Candidate must be able to read and comprehend technical and API documentation to know what is possible



Who You Are

*

You are a proven technical, analytical and quantitative person that possesses effective communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate complex data and/or issues into productive discussions/actions at the executive and operational levels.
*

You have the ability to pivot strategies, tactics and motions based on data.
*

You have a clear understanding of the marketing operations function and the latest tools of the trade for automating and measuring marketing performance & contribution.
*

You are a team player working collaboratively with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive success through best practices and efficiencies.
*

You are comfortable with a dynamic start-up environment when priorities and tactics change in the face of new data and creative inspiration.
*

You have experience with defining, scoping and implementing new technologies in partnership with managed service providers.

Desired Skills and Experience

*

Minimum 6 years of experience in a marketing/sales operations role or similar position
*

Experience running, managing marketing operations, preferably in both B2B and B2C companies
*

4-6 years of experience with MarTech tools in a SaaS type company
*

Experience in creating multi-channel engagement/experiences, conversational marketing/chatbots, dynamic scoring and targeting
*

Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM
*

SQL knowledge a plus
