Job Description:
A company is looking for an SEM Marketing Lead for Experiences &
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a roadmap of new growth and marketing
initiatives
Execute SEM growth initiatives and report on performance against
KPIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Ops and Technology
teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of relevant SEM experience in a consumer-facing,
fast-paced company
Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale SEM
campaigns
Deep understanding of SEM technical aspects, including marketing
tech stack and data pipelines
Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis
Strong fluency in financial metrics and ability to create financial
models
