Job Description Job Description On-call General Laborer Location: Seattle (North Seattle & Surrounding Areas - Multiple Sites) Schedule: On-call / As-needed (Weekdays, Weekends, and Varied Shifts) Pay: Varies by assignment, generally $17.13/hr.-$21.30/hr. Express Employment Professionals - North Seattle is hiring On-call General Laborers for several projects for local clients that have regular, short-term General Labor needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials. Assist with site clean-up, organization, and basic maintenance. Support skilled trades, warehouse teams, event crews, or production staff as needed. Follow safety procedures and instructions provided by supervisors. Work both indoors and outdoors depending on assignment. Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all job sites. Complete additional duties as assigned based on client needs. Qualifications Ability to perform physical work including lifting, standing, walking, and repetitive motion. Willingness to work in varying environments and weather conditions. Dependable, flexible, and able to accept short-notice assignments. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team or independently. Reliable transportation is strongly preferred. Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, or event support experience is helpful but not required.
