We are looking for a Estimator to join our team and help drive business growth by generating leads, preparing accurate project estimates for residential and commercial projects, and closing deals. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct site visits to assess project scope, take measurements, and gather necessary details. Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for construction and remodeling projects. Present proposals to potential clients, addressing any questions or concerns. Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and secure new projects. Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless project execution. Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and pricing to provide accurate estimates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) is preferred Proven experience in construction sales, estimating, or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications (preferred). Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for site visits.
