A contracted opportunity is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting located in Vancouver, WA. This role is ideal for professionals skilled in implementing behavior intervention plans and working closely with students requiring behavioral support. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct one-on-one support to students under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect and document data on student progress and behavior Collaborate with school staff to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and team members regarding student needs and progress Qualifications: Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required Experience working with students in school environments preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow detailed behavior plans and protocols Dependable and flexible to meet school schedule needs Location: Vancouver, WA School-based setting This position is on a contract basis and supports important behavioral services within a school environment. Hours are not guaranteed and shifts will be offered on an as-needed basis according to school needs.
