Physical Therapist Location: Federal Way, WA Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $1,960 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position OT School Based , WA (Day Shift, Local Preferred) Job ID: 9042679 Title: Occupational Therapist (School Based) Day Shift Location: Federal Way, WA 98003, public school district setting (client name omitted). Dates: 03/23/26 06/16/26 (13 weeks) Schedule: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM, 30 minute unpaid meal (5 8s) Guaranteed hours: 0 (school year schedule; hours based on caseload/need) Status: Locked offer accepted, pending credentials; no new submissions allowed. Gross Blended Rate: $55-$70 p/h Days: Monday Friday Setting and duties School based OT providing specially designed instruction and related services to students preschool 12th grade with a variety of disabilities in an itinerant role across multiple school sites. Evaluate students fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self care, and access needs; write reports and contribute to IEPs, goals, accommodations, and assistive technology recommendations. Deliver direct and consultative OT services, coach teachers and paraprofessionals on classroom strategies, and document services and progress in accordance with district and state requirements. Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy and current state OT license; NBCOT certification required. Prior school or pediatric experience preferred; ability to work scheduled school hours consistently and travel between sites within the district.
