currently seeking Principal Engineer or Principal
Geologist/Hydrogeologist to grow our engineering and/or
hydrogeology practice in the Seattle area.QualificationsM.S. or
Ph.D. in environmental engineering, geology, hydrogeology or
related fieldLicensed P.E., P.G., or L.H.G.Recognized expertise in
the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites15+ years of
experience in environmental engineering and/or geology/hydrogeology
fieldsExperience marketing and developing environmental engineering
and/or hydrogeology/geology business, in the growth of an
engineering or hydrogeology practice, in leadership of complex and
innovative engineering and/or remediation projects, and as a
strategic advisor to clientsExcellent written and verbal
communication skillsPreferredProven track record of business
development and growth of a practice in the Seattle area and the
Pacific Northwest.Annual Salary Range: $155,000 - $200,000An
employee's total compensation package includes annual salary,
company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and
vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company-match of 1%
to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and
long-term disability, paid sick leave (80 hours per year), paid
vacation (20 days), paid holidays (9 days per year), and the
potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company
performance. Paid time off will be pro-rated to reflect part-time
