Engineering Program Manager Job Summary: Talent Software
Services is in search of an Engineering Program Manager for a
contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be six
months with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position
Summary: The team is dedicated to reducing water and power use in
data centers. This role will focus on the electrical side of the
project. Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Focus on
achieving certifications for data centers: electrical standard
certifications, efficiency standards, ISO standards, EN standards,
and driving regulatory compliance and reporting for electrical
work. Analyze data to identify issues, report findings, and address
gaps by collaborating with partners and engineering operations,
sustainability, environmental compliance, and other groups.
Interface and engage with internal customers and stakeholders to
drive efficient use of energy and related areas within owned and
managed data centers. This includes program and process development
of frameworks to drive a repeatable process for customer
engagement. Work to address technical and business issues from
identification through remediation and resolution. Drive
program/project schedules and status reports. Create and/or review
multiple requirements, functional specifications, and new or
existing tooling. These will be used to enable decision-making and
influence how the product or service will be implemented or
updated. Provide support for gathering and analyzing energy-related
data and others. Organize cross-functional activities and teams to
ensure program/project requirements are met and maintained. Provide
program/project schedules and status reports to customers and
stakeholders. Qualifications: Years of Experience Required: 8-10
years of experience in the field. Best vs. Average: Ideal
candidates must include an "IMPACT STATEMENT" in their resume. Must
have the desire and skill set to learn calculus, mathematics,
thermodynamics, and related subjects. Must have knowledge or
experience with the following: ISO50001 EN50600 ISO40001 European
Energy Directive ISO30134-series of standards European Green Public
Procurement European Trade Schema EU Taxonomy Performance will be
assessed based on the quality of work, formulating and managing
plans, and feedback from the team. Minimum 2-3 years experience
with Office Products Minimum 2-3 years experience with Kusto
Minimum 2-3 years experience with Azure DevOps Minimum 2-3 years
