your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a
strategic and results-oriented Manufacturing Superintendent (Level
M) to join the leadership in our Emergent Operations Team in

Responsibilities: - Leads by demonstrating and holding all
accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors. - Leads, develops
and motivates employees, first-level, second level and senior
managers. - Manages employees, first-level, second level and senior
managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing
disciplines. - Develops and executes integrated departmental plans,
policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business
and technical strategies, goals and objectives. - Acquires
resources for department activities, provides technical management
of suppliers and leads process improvements. - Develops and
maintains relationships and partnerships with customers,
stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. - Provides
oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and
processes. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - 7
years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or
manufacturing environment. - 5 years of experience in a formal or
informal leadership position - 5 years of experience with
continuous process improvement initiatives. - Ability to work
variable shifts including weekends and overtime Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 10 years of
experience in a formal or informal leadership position - 5 years of
experience in using Lean principles - 5 years of experience
coaching, guiding and mentoring teams - 5 years of experience in
working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance,
quality, and cost. - 5 years of experience working within a
cross-functional organizational environment This role is based in
Everett, but will have additional oversight in Renton. Drug Free

well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range:
$194,400 - $237,600 Applications for this position will be accepted
