Lead and execute the installation of PV systems, from array
mounting to final AC/DC connections. Ensure material is moved and
handled safely, adhering to best practices. Collaborate closely
with electricians to activate and test PV systems, ensuring they
meet performance standards. Maintain high standards of cleanliness
and organization on-site and in company vehicles. Commit to
following detailed project designs and plans to guarantee
top-quality installations and compliance with all regulations.
Thrive in various outdoor conditions, working on rooftops and in
confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces. Foster effective
communication within your team to keep everyone informed on job
progress. Work effectively in teams of 3-4 members. What We Look
For: Experience in roofing or construction, with a keen eye for
safety and quality. A reliable and enthusiastic team player who is
comfortable working on various roof types. Valid Drivers License
and personal transportation to our SODO office. Proficient with
both hand-held and power tools. Physical capability to lift up to
50lbs. Basic computer skills and the ability to interpret building
schematics. Strong leadership and proactive communication
abilities. A proactive, 'do-what-it-takes' attitude is essential.
