your future with us. The Industrial Engineering team within Boeing
Commercial Airplanes is seeking Entry Level or Associate Methods
Process Analysts (Level 1 or 2) to join our growing team located in
either Everett, Renton, Seattle, Auburn, or Frederickson
Washington, USA . The ideal candidate will apply business acumen
and knowledge to partner with cross functional teams from
production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management,
materials management, and program management to achieve
organizational business goals and objectives. Position Overview: As
a member of our Methods Process Analyst organization (under the
Industrial Engineering Job Family), you will be responsible for
supporting a production team or organization directly integrated
with the Boeing Production System. Our Methods Process Analysts
will start by learning the production build processes within their
team, while developing an understanding of the standards and
processes of our function. You’ll be integrated into stabilizing
the production system, implementing lean methodologies, assessing
and performing to rate readiness requirements, as well as improving
quality through root cause analysis. Depending on the internal and
external impacts to the team, you may be building disruption
recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to
get back to the baseline plan while working to mitigate impacts to
the downstream work statement and major milestones. Candidates will
be directly engaged with our airplane products and will be
collaborating with all manufacturing, engineering, and
production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as
well as a team player. Our team members are very busy focused on
stabilizing the current production system while looking ahead at
future rate changes and introduction of new derivatives and
customers into our build plans. Our business units provide you the

below are conducted with oversight from an experienced team member
and include introduction and training in the specific processes and
standard templates used by the business unit and program.
Participates in the analysis of current and future business
environment using established guidelines. Contributes to the
forecast, acquisition, and utilization plans to optimize resources
in support of company initiatives and program business plans
Assists in the development and maintenance of Business System
factory definition to be used for manufacturing planning.
Participates in the development of labor hour estimates for new or
revised production and tooling work packages under the guidance of
experienced analysts. Helps monitor performance to established
labor hour estimates. Interacts in the development of integrated
tool and production master schedules. Is introduced to the use of
tool and position plan/documents, tool downtimes, rate flow plans,
1 flows, and tool sequencing plans. Gains knowledge of process
improvement methodologies and tools used to maximize the efficiency
of equipment and personnel and to support company improvement
initiatives. Support efforts in the development of recovery plans
including data gathering, visibility development, and monitoring
status to plan. Working with others, represent Production and
Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments or statement of
work impacts. Develops, implements, maintains, and statuses basic
integrated shop operating plans to maximize the efficiency of
equipment and personnel and to reduce inventory and meet cost and
schedule commitments. Assists more experienced analysts in
gathering and analysis of shop performance metrics in order to
support a recommend plan of action for Production and Tooling
Management. The position must meet Export Control compliance
requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §
120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful
permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications
(Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in
business related curriculum such as: Accounting, Finance, Business
Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing,
Economics or Math Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience in
manufacturing, supply chain, and/or a production environment
Exposure to working in a team environment. Exposure or application
of Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles Exposure or
application of Project Management skills Relocation: This position
offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Union: This is a

applies, this job family will be covered by the terms of the
collective bargaining agreement. Applicable and appropriate
educational/certification credentials from an accredited
institution and/or equivalent experience is required. Onsite : This
position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will
be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Shift: This position is to support 1st shift (start times dependent
on organization), with some collaboration possible between 2nd and
3rd shift. Travel: Travel is not a regular requirement of this

Summary Pay Range for Entry Level (Level 1): $64,600 - $87,400
Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2): $78,200 - $105,800
