In this role, the focus will be to lead a high-performing organization of sales leaders and territory account managers, define growth strategy and deliver outsized results. - You will be a key member of the sales executive team and will play an integral role in the company's high growth and the success of its sales organization. - You're the ideal candidate if you are an energetic, dynamic, and proactive team player who can simultaneously partner with executive leadership and work hands-on alongside our front-line team.What you'll do: - Lead a team of high performing Sales Leaders and Territory Account Managers with responsibility for driving revenue performance Define GTM strategy/playbooks to acquire new logos and expand business within the eastern U.S. Lead the team to build and execute against territory plans for all regions through value-based solution selling techniques and further develop a culture of consultative sales Build a strong cross-functional operating cadence with teams around pipeline, forecasting, deal review, execution, deployment, and revenue realization Partner with cross-functional teams (Renewals, Customer Success, BD, and Marketing) on strategy and execution to drive adoption, increase productivity, and reduce/eliminate customer churn Lead and maintain the Americas east succession & leadership plans and align with short and long-term organizational goals Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team Provide weekly reporting on volume statistics, lead pipeline, conversion to qualified prospects, sales opportunities generated, and campaign effectiveness to our Executive Leadership team Meet face to face with key customers and prospects on regular basis acting as an executive sponsor to support business plans, growth, and strategic alignment with Infoblox Facilitates alignment and effective communication within the sales team and internal/external key partners/customers to promptly resolve any conflict What you'll bring: 10+ years of proven leadership results, with 8 of those years managing a national SaaS sales team with a track record of over attainment 5+ years of building and leading high-performance SaaS B2B sales teams Experience defining a sales strategy and motivating teams to execute that strategy Operational rigor - ability to hold the team accountable for operational excellence in CRM hygiene, forecasting, and tracking to KPI's A builder mentality; easily able to handle a fast-paced, hyper-growth culture while keeping a steady hand to drive the team's success Experience in the security/SaaS industries Extensive and proven track record of accomplishment in successfully managing a solutions sales organization Bachelor's Degree -What success looks like:After six months, you willRecruit, develop, and retain top talent providing career development and performance managementExecute value-based solution selling techniques and further develop a culture of consultative salesAfter about a year, you willBuild an effective high-performing sales organizationSee ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategiesDevelop people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goalsConsistently achieve resultsWe've got you covered:Our holistic -benefits -package includes coverage of your health, wealth, and wellness-as well as a great work environment, employee programs, and company culture.
