  • Enhance situational awareness for police as they respond, allowing for quicker and safer outcomes
  • Relay medical data to EMTs en route so they can provide personalized, lifesaving treatment
  • Communicate with multiple agencies across jurisdictions for a well-coordinated response in large-scale emergency incidents, such as chemical spills, natural disasters, and active shooter situations Intrado is looking to hire a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our ECaTS Safety Solutions team. Essential Duties: -
    • Provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects ensuring follow through from beginning to end of project management life cycle
    • Establish standards and strategy for each project
    • Identify task force members and assign specific tasks and responsibilities
    • Continuously monitor tasks and project assignments; identify and resolve problem
    • Develop final report with findings and recommendations for management
    • Proactively oversee the activities involved in quality resolution of problems related to area of responsibility
    • Respond with a sense of urgency to problems escalated to employee's level
    • Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided
    • Place the highest priority on providing quality customer service by overseeing all activities of staff, ensuring the unique needs of customers are met
    • Ensure quality resolution and thorough and accurate documentation of customer issues
    • Provide analysis and feedback to management staff and appropriate departments regarding recurring problems, recommending improvements aimed at reducing future occurrences of problems
    • Participate in creating, administering, and continuously updating procedures for resolution of all related issues
    • Participate in activities involved in testing, implementation, and establishing on-going support for technical projects or project tasks
    • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with team members and department contacts Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a related field is required
      • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements Experience:
        • 5+ years increasingly responsible project management experience required with an emphasis on technical capabilities preferred
        • 1-year experience in an Information Technology role (e.g. operations, development, support, etc.) preferred
        • 1-year experience with estimating projects and resource allocation preferred
        • Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint preferred
        • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
        • Intermediate knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) may be required based on departmental need
        • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
