Zoom's Senior Technical Product Manager, Px Visualization & Insights will be an expert and strategist who partners with peers across the Talent Acquisition, People Experience (PX), and business Leadership teams to provide data-driven decisions to support business growth. You will report to the Global Head of TA Data & Insights. You will leverage your data management expertise in conjunction with your understanding of analytics and insights implementation to drive the delivery of critical solutions providing strategic insights to stakeholders across Talent Acquisition (TA), People Experience (PX), and the business. As a foundational PX Data & Insights team member, you will consult with the Global Head of TA Data & Insights to build out the team's function. Your knowledge and input will be critical in developing the overall team strategy, strategic plans, and operational plans for delivering both near-term and long-term solutions. As you lead the strategic execution of the People Data & Insights team, your individual contributions will enable us to develop the data infrastructure, deploy visualization solutions, and provide insights delivery combining internal and external data. You will achieve this by working collaboratively with the business and technical teams as the most senior resource translating strategic challenges into analytic questions and the technical requirements required to answer them. You will collaborate with various groups to propel business changes driven by insight interpretation and stakeholder engagement. About the Role+ Develop, implement, and drive the PX Data & Insights strategy and roadmap+ Lead the process of initially evaluating and continually maintaining current-state and future-state documentation, including end-to-end ecosystem, data flow, data availability, metric availability, analytic solution availability, and the associated strategic roadmap and plan, which will drive continued expansion of available People Data & Insights solutions+ Gather general and solution-specific requirements from the business and translate them into technical requirements for collaboration with proper teams and resources for action+ Design analytic solutions through building requirements documentation, developing wireframes and engaging in a feedback/sign-off process with the stakeholders for each respective solution+ Manage prioritization of planned deliverables through continual additions and iterations of all data sources applicable to people functions+ Maintain business ownership of People Data Repositories involving cross-functional partnerships and strategies with Talent Acquisition, People Experience, each business vertical, and the corporate systems and IT team supporting the people function+ Maintain business ownership of Visualization Delivery involving cross-functional partnerships and strategies with Talent Acquisition, People Experience, each business vertical, and the corporate systems and IT team supporting the people function+ Deliver on-time, accurate data availability through partnership and requirements delivery along with peers on the People Data & Insights team in coordination with data analytics and data engineering on the corporate systems and IT team supporting the people function+ Data auditing for process cohesion and value lineage between system data and PX / TA business operations to quantify operational process adherence and identify any subsequent impact to the data requiring partnership and action to gain the ability to extract contextual insights+ Drive adoption of analytic solutions and evangelism around the TA data function ranging from operational influence for better data generation to training and troubleshooting solutions with end-users and stakeholders+ Deliver ad-hoc requests that are driven by business needs and reconcile these requests against existing solutions and infrastructure to determine existing self-service options or the requirement to develop the requirements into an automated solution for continued usage About You+ 6 - 8 years of analytical experience with 2+ years in HR/Talent Acquisition specific functions+ BS in related field; MS strongly preferred+ Experience owning critical business data throughout its lifecycle and among its applications+ Experience developing visualization and insight solutions for delivery+ Experience operationalizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics+ Experience collaborating cross-functionally and driving successful initiative implementation+ Knowledge of the following domains, systems, and technologies:+ Source System/ External Data Technologies (e.g. Workday, EZHire, Clinch, GoodTimes, LinkedIn, .Gov, Glassdoor, Finance, Textio, SFDC, Anaplan, and more)+ Integration Technology/Applications (e.g. APIs, Informatica, Mulesoft, Alteryx, Knime)+ Database Technologies, SQL/ DB Applications (e.g. Snowflake, OracleDB, Postgres, Redshift, SAP HANA, Google Big Query, Hadoop)+ AI/ML technologies+ Data Science principles and applications+ Data Modeling applications+ Solution Systems (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan)+ Server Technology/Applications (e.g. S3, 2012R2, Virtualization)+ Data Modeling and Science technologies (e.g. dataIKU, Knime, Alteryx, R, Python)+ Security Standards (e.g. TLS1.3+, Technology Security Review Process, Role & Permission Lineage) We believe that the unique contributions of all Zoomies is the driver of our success.
