What this job involves:



Through the execution of your work you will directly contribute to the mission of JLL Work Dynamics which is to, "shape the future of real estate for a better world, through a better world of work".



As a Change Management Lead, you will lead a team tasked in the creation of forward-thinking and effective workplace solutions while working cross-functionally with other teams at JLL. On a daily basis you will be evaluating complex client requests, generating and analyzing data and contributing to the creation of innovative solutions to support our clients with their project and program needs.

Our clients are located within a wide range of sectors and have a variety of workplace challenges that require clear strategic advice. Much of what our team creates results in transformations to process, achieving global consistency, and integration of various departments through standardization of tools and templates. Through our change management programs you will play an active role in the realization of your workplace strategy advice, ensuring that the organization effectively embraces new environments and ways of working.



What this job involves:



This position is integrated within JLL but also heavily engaged with executive client representatives working with a highly matrixed team, to deliver a complex set of projects within a program. Your key role will be to focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to deliver workplace experience for clients. These plans and efforts are to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from stakeholders who are impacted by the change. You will be highly skilled in communications, producing high quality change engagement materials and delivering superior client service as a subject matter expert in workplace experience management.



* Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

* A solid understanding of how people go through change and experience with change management principles.

* Serve as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfill the role of change leader

* Directly assist the design, development and implementation of the change management/communication strategies across all impacted client teams

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

* Facilitation of workplace experience workshops for clients and their staff to excite, engage, enable and evaluate throughout the stages of the change.

* Develop highly engaging, concise reports and staff engagement collateral, demonstrating a skill for document design and clear, compelling writing

* Be highly competent in leading interviews, designing staff sentiment surveys and analyzing data / insights from engagement activities.

* Actively participate in an environment that supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success

* Monitor implementation timelines and activities, escalating risk and resistance and preparing risk mitigation tactics

* Support new and existing workplace transformation initiatives and ensure they meet stated objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage

* Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business Administration, Real Estate or associated field

* Formal change management training (LaMarsh, Prosci, etc)

* 5+ years of experience in change management principles

* Experience in influence and relationship management at the senior executive level

* Experience with large-scale, multi- phased workplace change efforts

* Experience with multi-level, matrixed teams

* Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently within a high pressure, deadline driven environment

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
