Eatons Marketing Commercial Operations Division is currently
seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team. This position
will be a remote role with some travel required.Position
Overview:Eaton is seeking for a Sr. Program Manager within the
electrical sector sales enablement team to support the development,
management, and delivery of our sales talent enablement programs.
The Sr. Program Manager Sales Enablement, supports electrical
sector Americas and reports directly to the Director of Sales
Enablement. This role will place a significant emphasis on
supporting talent engagement and development by managing existing
sector-wide and sales specific programs as well as establishing new
programs to reinforce strong performance and potential.The primary
responsibilities of the Sr. Program Manager include providing
program management for our existing sales engagement programs such
as the annual high performing sales awards event and annual sales
conferences, as well as lead initiatives that enhance the skills
and capabilities of our talent pipeline. The Sr. Program Manager
will be responsible for developing and delivering sales leadership
training program to prepare new leaders and enhance the skills of
existing leaders within the North American sales

you will:
- Lead the design and execution of the annual sales conference
and high performing sales awards event, Presidents club.
- Gain direct input from electrical sector leadership, sales
leadership, and other regional sales team leaders on engagement and
development objectives
- Complete outside research specific to talent development and
learning needs
- Identify gaps in current offering and develop plan to create
content and experiences to close gaps
- Develop and deliver a blended, multi-modality development
program for participants returning to the workforce along with
success metrics to measure effectiveness
- Analyze post program and event data to identify opportunities
for process, knowledge and communication improvements
- Communicate at all levels of the organization to provide timely
updates on program milestones, accomplishments, and challenges.Why

- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 7 years of experience in learning and development
and/or sales and marketing
- Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally
authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without
requiring company sponsorship.Preferred qualifications:
- Masters degree is preferredPosition Criteria:

- Strong influencing, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in collaborating with leaders
- Strong analytical skills, including experience developing and
using metrics for analysis for various leadership levels and
initiatives
- Continuous/process improvement experience and mindset
- Change management skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Experience with learning management systems and learning
technology

salary range for this role is $95,025 - $139,370 a year.Please note
