Remote Software Support Desk Manager

A software development company is in need of a Remote Software
Support Desk Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Reviewing all open tickets on a daily basis
Collaborating directly with clients for additional data as
Providing detailed and timely status updates to clients;
participate in regular status calls as needed
Position Requirements Include:
3+ years of experience as a Service Desk Engineer, Technician, or
3+ years managing support tickets through Jira or other similar
1+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructures (Azure,
5+ years providing support for clients using Microsoft Dynamics
