The Sr Director of Business Partners & PMO is a proven leader with experience building tightly integrated business partnerships and organizational trust. The successful candidate will bring both a vision and best-practices to guide the Business Partners & PMO team, coupled with hands-on and tactical approach to enable effective implementation. The individual will demonstrate a strong business mindset to ensure Veeam is leveraging the full potential of our technology investment. We are seeking a leader with a track record of measurable successes. They should drive a holistic approach that strategically shape and guide how Veeam uses our technology and systems. This is a highly collaborative role and the individual will be an effective partner with all functional areas of the business. In summary, Veeam is seeking a phenomenal and seasoned professional to lead our Business Partner & PMO team to drive Veeam growth though efficient and effective use of our technology. Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class Business Partners & PMO team
• Manage a global team that anticipates the needs of a high-growth company
• Develop deep business relationships and an integration partnership with Corporate Technology and our business partners
• Manage the intake of new work and ideas from the business into Corporate Technology
• Facilitate communication to ensure the business is informed and aligned on our current and future state technology roadmaps
• Document, analyze and streamline processes to simplify our approaches
• Manage the creation of system and functional requirements in partnership with Corporate Technology and the business
• Analyze business and technical trade-offs when developing the best solution to enable scale and growth
• Manage the overall portfolio of programs and projects that enable Veeam to meet its business objectives
• Continuously educate and raise business awareness of the latest features and functionality of our technical solutions and capabilities
• Present roadmaps and current state of our in-flight and future initiatives to business leadership
• Maintain work sequencing and capacity planning to ensure programs and projects are efficiently executed and meet our commitments.
• Experience with M&A and integrating acquired companiesRequirements
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational communication skills
  • Self-starter who can seek out needs and information without directives
  • Continuous drive to simplify, streamline, and improve operational efficiency
  • A high-level of curiosity to explore and evaluate new solutions to improve Veeam's technology portfolio
  • Demonstrated, repeated success executing enterprise-level programs and projects
  • A wide breadth of functional experience in Marketing, Sales, Support, Security, and G&A
  • Experience working with a variety of technical platforms including (but not limited to): Marketo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and NetSuite
  • Experience with building budgets and business cases
  • Experience with resource demand and capacity management
  • Ability to travel throughout North America, Europe, and Asia within a reasonable timeframe (2 weeks)
  • Willing to work in a flexible work environment with some hours in the evening to accommodate time zones outside of the U.S.Education/Experience
    • 15+ years in technology or technology-related field
    • 7+ years in management
    • Practitioner of human-centered design principles
    • SEC public company experience with familiarity with compliance requirements (ex. SOX)
    • Experience working at a large company ($1B+ annual revenue) is desired
