A company is looking for a Manager, Career Success.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the Career Coaching program and
oversee staffing
Support students and alumni in achieving successful job
placements
Guide the creation of resources and programming to prepare students
for their careers
Required Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or career
services/coaching
Deep understanding of tech recruiting processes and goals
Ability to design systems and processes to meet placement goals
Experience leading a team and mentoring others
Passion for creating positive outcomes through education
