Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director 2, Contracts to manage
contract portfolios and lead a team in achieving strategic
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee contract portfolios and manage a team of Contracts staff
across multiple business areas
Provide guidance on contract management processes including
negotiation, compliance, and change management
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external
customers while addressing escalations and disputes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree
preferred
15-20+ years of Contracts expertise in aerospace, defense, and
national security industries
10+ years of leadership experience in a relevant industry,
culminating in an executive role
Active US Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP access required
Professional certifications (e.g., CFCM, CPCM) preferred
