Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Operations Manager to optimize
go-to-market strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize the GTM tech stack and workflows for
lead/account management
Own the Product-Led Growth pipeline and collaborate with sales and
marketing teams for maximum efficiency
Test and iterate on GTM motions and implement new tools to enhance
revenue generation
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Growth Operations, Marketing Operations,
RevOps, or a related GTM role
Proficiency in HubSpot, 6Sense, Biscred, ZoomInfo, and AI-driven
GTM tools
Strong data analysis and process automation skills, with experience
in no-code workflows
Experience in running experiments and optimizing workflows from ICP
to revenue
Familiarity with PLG motions and modern sales engagement
tactics
