Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Finance
Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Finance Transformation projects end-to-end across processes
such as QTC, RTR, and PTP
Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines and
resource requirements
Engage with cross-functional teams to implement process and policy
improvements, including technology solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing large-scale finance transformation
programs
Comprehensive understanding of finance processes, including QTC,
PTP, and RTR
Experience with Global Business Services/Shared Services strategy
is a plus
Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management tools such as
Jira
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
