Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive global clinical operations
strategy
Oversee the execution of clinical programs, ensuring compliance
with regulatory standards
Cultivate a high-performing team culture and provide mentorship to
direct reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in science, Business Administration, or a related
field; advanced degrees are advantageous
A minimum of 20 years in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology
industry, with at least 15 years in executive leadership roles
Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements and clinical
trial management
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale budgets and make
data-driven financial decisions
