Salary Range
Minimum: $114,478.00; Maximum: $154,882.00
Salary offers will be made within the posted range based on your
similar work experience, considering the scope and level of
responsibility of your prior positions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and leading the implementation of an
aligned security strategy for SEA.
- Coordinate and implement plans and programs to mitigate risks
and threats on the landside of SEA and at offsite
locations.
- Develop, plan, and follow through on related capital projects
and purchases to mitigate risks.
- Identify best practices and provide industry feedback to key
airport organizations.
- Serve as a liaison to stakeholders on employee safety and
security issues.
- Represent SEA on safety and security groups and
committees.
- Lead security-focused programs such as SEA Cares and Anti-Human
Trafficking initiatives.
- Act as a secondary liaison for security capital projects when
necessary.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in program management related to
aviation security, operations, or public safety.
- Commitment to applying equity and shared values in all work
aspects.
- Strong analytical skills in data analysis, strategy, and
troubleshooting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate
effectively.
- Strategic thinking with knowledge of physical security and
technology.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
Additional Information
- Work hours are typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
with possible shifts including weekends, holidays, and
emergencies.
- Primarily office environment.
- Must establish and maintain Washington State residency within
30 days of employment.
- Must pass TSA and FBI background checks and obtain necessary
badges and seals.
