your future with us. Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a
Senior Manufacturing Manager (Level L) to support the Fuselage
Assembly Center, based out of Everett, WA. This position is
available for 1st or 2nd shift depending on business requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and first-level managers performing
activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines
- Must be capable of executing recovery plans in a complex
production system
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies
and procedures and provides input on departmental business and
technical strategies, goals and objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides
technical management of suppliers and leads process
improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with
customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches,
products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level
managers This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing
environment
- 3+ years of experience using continuous improvement
techniques
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and
overtime Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience using the One Boeing Production System
(BPS) Shift: Candidate may be selected for 1st or 2nd Shift. Shift

considerations. Summary Pay Range: $133,450 - $180,550Applications
