MST Therapists and Supervisors are provided excellent training and ongoing support through the MST model, and the CYS MST team has a strong, supportive team. MST Therapists get the opportunity to address all environmental systems that impact the youth and family, allowing the ability to treat individuals, couples, families, while incorporating any other critical supports involved. Being a part of the MST program means you get to help families achieve their goals within a short amount of time (3-5 months) while celebrating their accomplishments along the way. MST services are provided in the home, school and community when youth and their families are experiencing challenges in the following areas: family conflict, school, juvenile justice, mental health, and acting out behaviors.
