Practice Features
A strong leader needed for a 40 physician Hospitalist team at an academic affiliated medical center?
Prior chief hospitalist experience preferred or 2+ years hospitalist experience with career aspirations to lead a team
7 clinical shifts/month + 13 administrative shifts
Closed ICU - No procedures required
Excellent salary and benefits including leadership development training and partnership track
Tremendous support including dedicated staffing coordinator, regional operations team, ongoing data reports helping manage performance
