A -well-known behavioral hospital in Western Washington is
actively searching for a -Chief Nursing Officer to join their team.
-The new Chief Nursing Officer will be joining a thriving facility
that has been recognized for the high standard of care delivered to
the community. This behavioral hospital can accommodate over 100
patients and provides individualized care based on the -specific
needs of the patient. -The -Chief Nursing Officer will work closely
with Managers, Directors, and C-Suite Administrators. Weekly
meetings with departmental leaders will be vital in order to ensure
each department is functioning properly, meeting monthly goals, and
following patient care guidelines. The CNO will be supported by
-board certified physicians, licensed therapists, and registered
nurses. The Chief Nursing Officer will also meet with hospital
Executives to ensure the facility is meeting the proper standards
and each department is performing successfully for patients and
staff. -The -Chief Nursing Officer will direct the fiscal budget
for nursing administration in order to ensure each department is
fiscally successful. This person must also ensure all policies,
procedures, and regulatory requirements are being met for each
department. The CNO will also manage the staffing for the leaders
of each department and assure that the nursing administration team
executes optimal care daily while taking into account the
hospital's Mission, Vision, and Values. -The new Chief Nursing
