Job Description:

South Sound Radiology (SSR) is looking for a Full-Time Sonographer. We are an Outpatient Imaging Center, open Monday - Friday, located in Olympia, Washington. SSR is a part of Radia, Inc. Come join a great team dedicated to quality imaging and excellent patient care. Compensation: Annual salary range $82,784.09 to $129,350.14. The Annual salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status.The compensation listed above is based on full-time employment status, full-time is 40 hours per week. The pay range listed above is base pay; this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours), extra shift bonus, and on-call pay.

Position Summary: Properly performs imaging to facility and ACR standards Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging Assists radiologist with specialized procedures Prepares sterile trays Appropriately protocols all orders in advance of appointments Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance

Qualifications and Requirements: Graduate of an Accredited Diagnostic US program _required_ Current ARDMS registration Breast experience _preferred_ One year of ultrasound experience _preferred_ Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions
