Job Description:
A company is looking for a UM Operations Strategy &
Implementation Lead focused on Utilization Management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational and compliance activities within the UM
department
Drive process improvements and collaborate with various teams to
ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Assist in implementing changes and support interdepartmental
collaboration on enterprise goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, population health, or related
field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years of experience in Utilization Management or
related areas
Preferred experience with quality control and process standards
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure is
preferred
Six Sigma or project management certifications are preferred
