Job Description:
----- - Seeking RN with 6+ months experience in LTC or geriatric
care preferred.
Provide direct resident care: administering medications,
treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
Monitor and report residents' health changes; conduct assessments
and develop/update care plans.
Participate in care plan meetings with residents, families, and
healthcare team.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold BLS, a
compact RN license, and EMR/charting experience.
Covid vaccinated or medical exemption required; provide two
professional references.
Contract position, part-time/travel, with pay $50-$55/hr,
approximately 40 hours/week.
Work in long-term care, nursing home, or rehab settings in Jersey
Shore, PA; relocation required before start.
