Job Description:
Access Services is hiring BCBA and BC-ABA contractors to provide
trauma-informed behavioral support for children and adolescents
under 21 in Bethlehem, PA, and Lehigh County. Work involves
assessments, developing treatment plans, and training families
across home, school, and community settings. Flexible daytime,
evening, and weekend hours based on client needs, with 1-12 clients
per contractor preference. Responsibilities include applying ABA
principles, tracking progress, conducting behavior assessments, and
collaborating with families and professionals. Requirements for
BC-ABA include a master--------s degree, PA licensure, 1+ year ABA
experience, and a reliable vehicle. BCBA candidates need a
master--------s degree, PA behavior license, national BCBA
certification, and similar experience. Compensation ranges from
$50/hour for BC-ABA to $75-85/hour for BCBA.
