Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Director of Nursing (RN) with a
$10,000 sign-on bonus to lead our skilled nursing team.
Provide clinical leadership, foster teamwork, and ensure
high-quality, person-centered resident care.
Oversee staff training, staffing levels, and compliance with
regulations.
Develop individualized care plans, monitor outcomes, and implement
quality improvements.
Mentor nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary
teams.
Ensure infection control and adherence to policies and laws.
Requirements include current RN licensure, leadership experience,
strong clinical and communication skills, and a commitment to
compassionate care.
