Job Description:

This Physical Therapist role involves assessing and treating neuromusculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems to restore function, manage pain, and promote mobility as prescribed by a physician.
Develops, implements, and monitors individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Performs and oversees physical therapy modalities ensuring quality care.
Requires a degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, or Associates) and current licensure with BLS certification.
Strong assessment, decision-making, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
No prior experience required.
Works under supervision of the Director/Manager Rehabilitation Services in a clean, ventilated environment, with potential exposure to communicable diseases and physical strains from patient handling.
Must be in good physical condition to perform prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
