Occupational Therapist Role $2,000-$2,200 per week Occupational
Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Are you an
Occupational Therapist passionate about enhancing the quality of

where you'll provide transformative care to residents in a dynamic
and supportive Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Key
Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess
residents' functional abilities and therapy needs. - Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve
their therapy goals. - Provide therapeutic interventions focused on
improving daily living, mobility, and functional skills. -
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a holistic
approach to patient care. - Accurately document evaluations,
progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory and
facility requirements. Qualifications: - Current Occupational
Therapist (OT) license - Graduate of an accredited Occupational
Therapy program. - Skilled Nursing Facility experience (preferred
but not required). - Excellent communication, organizational, and
