Key Responsibilities: Deliver nursing care according to the active plan of care Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed Document all care activities, assessments, and responses accurately Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care routines Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care ?
