City: Ocean Shores State: WA Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: Specialty: Family PracticeStart Date: As soon as credentialed. Provider presented should be available to start within 4 weeks. Exception will be made for providers who have previously worked with Sea Mar.Contract Length: 3 months possibility to extendShift Details: 8a-5p 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.Schedule: Monday-FridayWork Details: Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider receptionist mental health therapists dietitians most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to. Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FT. 40hrs/week. Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 21 patients. May be less depending on cancellations etc but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced. Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages. Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers should have experience in these settings or express interest to work with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site. Provider is not required to be bilingual but would be a plus. OP ambulatory services family medicine walk-in/acute care services chronic disease management. They may be caring for same day walk in patients. EMR: EPIC Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections IUD placement minor wound care. Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.Practice Setting:• Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health CenterTravel Logistics: Specific travel client will pay for: Flight rental car or mileage and lodging.Caps: Flight 700 round tripCar rental: 2k/monthLodging 3k/monthRequirements: Board Certification: Required License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates DEA: Active WA DEA required Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required provider will be responsible for obtaining. BLS ACLS etc. Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered. Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks.Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.Name clear required - CV is required for name clear.Must be covid and flu vaccinated Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 17:00 1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request) Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
