and implement processes and workflows within the OB/GYN department.
- Collaborate and mentor other providers in obstetric and
gynecologic practices. - Participate in the recruitment and
interviewing process for a new medical director. - Provide
comprehensive care, including routine and complex deliveries,
gynecological surgeries, and office procedures. Qualifications -
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology - Minimum of two years
leadership experience - Robotic surgery training preferred - BLS
certification required Working Hours - Nights; flexible schedule to
be determined Skills - Expertise in low and high-risk pregnancies -
Skilled in FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and
routine/complicated deliveries - Proficient in office/minor and
surgical gynecology - Decision-making skills for c-sections and
managing complicated deliveries
